Often described as articulate, playful and energetic, my work reflects beauty in the delicate and detailed. Inspiration strikes me on extreme outdoor adventures like canyoneering in the wild, hiking with my fearless girls or even while tending my own backyard garden.

My purpose is to spark inspiration, kindle hope and ignite joy.

DESIGNER & ILLUSTRATOR

I'm all about connection & collaboration. I've been a Sr. Graphic Designer for 14 years, an Art Director for 2 years, a professor of Advanced Design & Advertising and I recently launched Sunny Pixel Studio! I'm always learning, growing and mentoring others along the way.

In collaboration with others, I've earned 95 honors and awards for art direction, design, photography and illustration, including a feature in The New York Times, Uppercase Magazine, 4 National Best of Category Awards, 2 Best in Arizona for AZ Drone Film Festival Awards and Arizona ADDY’s Art Direction of the Year.

I'm immensely grateful for the opportunity to volunteer as an Art Teacher and Softball Coach, explore 18 countries, present at conferences, and rappel thousands of feet.
There is beauty in every adventure, big and small!

We each have an opportunity to see the beauty around us, embrace it and allow it to shine brightly as a spark of inspiration wherever we may go.
